Our name is a nod to our roots. Windmill Farms was one of the first mushroom farms in Canada to adopt Dutch-style growing methods — a highly controlled, efficient, and sustainable approach to cultivation.
While many farms now follow this system, few do it with the same precision and innovation we’ve developed over time. And in the U.S., where traditional methods still dominate, our difference in quality truly stands out.
